This MOU will allow ZEPETO to strengthen its fashion content and improve user experience while allowing OMNIOUS.AI to expand into metaverse. Both companies agreed to fully leverage their technological assets and capabilities in line with the fastest-growing, virtual reality-based metaverse ecosystem.
OMNIOUS.AI is a company that has AI-powered image tagging and product recommendations technologies. Its technologies detect fashion product images, including clothes, shoes, and accessories, and automatically extract approximately 1,000 attributes such as style, fit, color, and print. In particular, OMNIOUS.AI is best known for offering services like image-based product recommendations and personalized recommendations to e-commerce companies. On top of that, the company secured original technologies to sense fashion trends on social media. It also has AI technology that offers outfit sets after being trained with data on fashion influencers’ outfits. With these technological capabilities, OMNIOUS.AI plans to structure fashion outfit data within metaverse by using the partnership with Naver Z as a stepping stone and expects AI technologies to empower ZEPETO to strengthen creators’ capabilities and offer more personalized content experience.
